Everyone wants to know if their experience, or the experience they care about, is a dream or real. Believers say its real and not a dream. Skeptics say its a dream and not real. DSETI says its both a dream and real.

The shamanic dreaming hypothesis of UFO missing time, which is the theoretic foundation of DSETI, suggests that most UFO Abduction events that were explored through hypnosis are actually shamanic dreaming events. There are several biases about shamanism and dreams that produces academic confusion, which in turn becomes lived experience for dreamers called to shamanism but lacking cultural paths of initation.

DSETI uses hypnosis to induce trance, technically understood as a "hypnotic dream". I am certified in Depth Hypnosis and Beyond Quantum Healing, which are spiritually-oriented hypnosis modalities.
